GSA’s OASIS+ IDIQ vehicle delayed by protests until mid-December 2024
GSA’s OASIS+ Small Business (SB) contract awards and notice to proceed have been delayed due to preaward protests, with expected availability for ordering by mid-December 2024, according to a posting on Interact. Meanwhile, award announcements for the OASIS+ socioeconomic set-asides (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB) are planned for late September, and for OASIS+ 8(a) and Unrestricted in late October. Awards will be issued on a rolling basis, and offerors not immediately notified will continue to be evaluated. Agencies are encouraged to proceed with acquisition planning and market research despite delays; GSA’s Market Research as a Service for OASIS+ SB will resume post-protest resolution.
