GSA Multiple Award Schedule refresh #22 dropped August 2024
GSA refresh #22 of the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) RFP was posted to SAM on 8 August 2024. Key updates include revisions to the SCP-FSS-001 Instructions, clarification on purchase card fees, and implementation of new price proposal templates. The refresh also addresses software compliance attestations and modifies several category-specific requirements.
Refresh #22 also continues GSA’s expansion of the Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) pilot to 67 new categories (formerly known as SINs), with still no mention of a full TDR launch (the IG loves the Price Reductions Clause, obviated by TDR). The pilot expansion covers:
